Hello Mr. Mohib, University must provide accessible workplace to all it's employees with disabilities. If they fails to do so, they should slitely change the responsibilities of the employees as an assistant professor.
If an assistant professor is not participating in examination activities which are inaccessible to him or her that will not affect on their career as long as they are conducting research generating knowledge and publishing research articles and books. You can instead request other responsibilities and assignments which are suitable to you. By laws, Institutions must not refuse your request.
