Becoming examinor and being appointed as question paper settor is quite accessible and easy exercise. Since I can perform this task quite efficiently, why shouldn't I be given an opportunity to do it? I am given the responsibility to conduct internal examination and term papers which carry 40% weightage in total 100 marks in a particular course. But they dont assign me end term examination question paper. There may be two reasons for that, first, being appointed as question paper settor in endterm examination carry some API points which senior colleagues dont want to miss, second, University pay some amount of money for setting the question paper and evaluating the answersheets. Therefore just to grab these benefits senior colleagues are just giving me excuse of my disability. There are two types of discriminations, and what they are doing here, a negative discrimination to my disadvantage, which is against the basic fundamentals of law!
