Ours is an Autonomous college affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad. I also tried to find out from students from other affiliated colleges as to how things are for them. They say there is actually no clarity about scribes and the evaluation of answers with visual inputs. The scribe issue is mostly left at the discretion of the centre and about evaluation, no one knows what happens. If you can find out some rules, it will help us. If nothing about osmania university is found, I would like to know what other universities are following.
