Hellow sir, Please show the recent guidelines first to the authorities. if the teacher or examination center is not accepting then, you take further actions. I come across in most of these cases, from the beginning the student or the parents have not clarified or explained the disability properly to the institution. if you explained it very well to the authority then, you can urge the institution treat your child's case as different case and claim your right. further, some of the institutions are facing these issues as very first time; hence, they may not be that much favour of our claims. still, we have to make them aware.
I feel that UGC's guidelines are equally applicable to these institutions too.
