Hello, Let's keep aside the guidelines for a while. While Kriya may not able to draw, did she attempt to illustrate and explain content of graph. Because, even drawing is considered as exemption, it's important that candidate must have knowledge of graphs. If she has already explain content graph, then you can talk to examination authorities and consider the same.
With regards to scribe, why not we altogether go away from scribe system and demand for accesible examination system where students can use computers and write on their own?
