Very much Thanks Vetri, Yesterday I had visited Department of Disabilities Empowerment in CGO complex in Delhi now they have refered me to Babu Jag Jeevan Ram Hospital which is about 15kms far from my house, I requested them to allot me Indu Rao Hospital which is just one KM away from my house, today morning I had been to Jag Jeevan ram Hospital in Jahangiripuri in Delhi and there staff are very co-operative and alloted me for Saturday for eye test, and the same I also received on my Mail from UDID office and doctor name also is clearly specified in mail for Saturday appointment,
