Hi Kriya, Many congratulations for your first job! I think Vaibhav/ Sandeep sir have covered it pretty well. One quick tip, in corporate it is better to suggest a plausible solution along with your problem which makes people more receptive and generally solutions are worked upon. It usually backfires if you straight away start asserting your legal rights. After around 7 years of work experience with 3 MNCs, I can say that a gentle tone has worked wonders for me.
