Hi Payal, Maybe I don't have enough context here and I am assuming that you mean "Microsoft" instead of "Google".
Once the support ends you won't get any technical support from the company in case of any issues but you can still continue using the app. >From whatever I have learnt in the past probably your Office 2016 key can be used in Office 365 as well, but I maybe wrong in this regard.
