This is incorrect. You will have to disable less secure authentication and switch to use dedicated passwords for outlook access. I am using gmail too and have not received any such notification. I suggest you go with Office 365. You will need to pay yearly I think it is around Rs. 6000 but this way, you get continuous updates and can forget about office and work. Pranav -- Disclaimer: 1.
