Hi Payal, There are times when I need to look into 3 gmail accounts and it may grow upto 5 looking into my mother's as well. I do open all in separate tabs within the same browser window.
Gmail web also has a feature of turning on desktop notifications but I haven't tried them personally myself. Not sure if that will interest you. If you want to continue using gmail on Outlook then you would need to explore if you can use the same key with Office 365, which I think you should be able to do. Else you have to get a fresh license.
