Hi, are these efforts backed by some constitutional or legal framework? I mean, is there some kind of fine or punishment for not meeting the accessibility guideline? Otherwise we would just be going round the bush without any concrete results. Chasing each and every website or mobile app owner and companies would prove to be a night mare. Instead some law in the RPWD act would empower us to challenge for accessibility mandates.
