agree, Harish sir. I think both paths can be pursued together. Seeking the enforcement of what is already on the statute book and seeking legislative reform to have stronger penalties. The service provider lobby in india is very strong. so getting any penalties approved will be very hard. Pragmatically, therefore, I think we often simply have to work with the framework that we have, imperefect as it is.
