I had a difficult time with Federal Bank when trying to join their mutual fund, as it was being managed by a third party for the bank and they created issues regarding thumb impression. How has been your experience on PhonePe or Paytm or similar platforms?, if anyone has used those for SIP/MF purposes?... They all want to upload a photograph of signature as part of the KYC.
