Hi Mahesh, I didn't face so much struggle. I feel that broker is not aware of the entire process. SEBI had announced in 2015 that Blind people cannot be deprived of participating in mutual fund investments. I was not aware but my broker was active and He had guided me through entire process. He is from Kolkata. Can you try to complete KYC through other bank if you have account in Axis bank or HDFC bank? My situation is worse when it comes to signature or thumb impression because I'm not able to provide either of these due to dammaged thumb in both hands. I gave my left toe impression.
