I have been travelling with them for 11 years now, and haven't ever faced a problem either. However, one incident can sour the entire experience. Also, they did not bother to address the issue when I brought it up with them, at the Goa airport itself. We don't need 10 bad experiences to make them realise, they need to perhaps be more vigilant.
