Hi Payal,
The URL is appended:
https://pgportal.gov.in/
All the information is available on the home page of the portal. After
registering grievance on the portal, registering complaint on
portal/application of any other regulatory body is not required as it
leads to redundancy. If you do so, your complaint is liable to be
treated as duplicate and, hence, can be rejected. When you register
grievance on the CPGRAMS portal, what actionable you expect for
resolution. These actionable could include:
personal apology from the erring employee
apology from supervising officer/CEO of the erring employee
financial compensation
mandatory attendance of the employee at a sensatisation workshop to be
organized by the company
mandatory notification to be displayed on company's website regarding
their commitment towards disabled passengers
mandatory announcement on board of company's aircraft regarding
facilities to disabled passengers
