Hi Sagar, I am also OCI holder and have opened NRE/NRO account for NRIs at ICICI Bank.
The Web interface is accessible with screen-reader such as Jaws and NVDA. Without sighted help, I have used it to add payment recipients, make payments, view account balances, downloading detailed transaction history by specifying dates and other download criteria, and buying airtime for my phone as well as for validating Netbanking payments from external providers. I also like the fact that you can download transaction history in XLSX format and not only in PDF format. If you wish to open with ICICI Bank, I can show you around with Jaws Etc. Thanks.
