I have talked with the helpline persons many times and my experience has always been very good.

NAB Delhi Helpline has been running since 2006, it has been operated by blind persons for blind persons. In the past 17 years it has benefited many but there may be people who did not have a good experience. There is no excuse for bad behaviour from our side. Helpline team does not know everything and it should be respectfully saying so or referring callers to other resources when the query is on a subject we don’t work with. These organisations will never improve unless the government takes action.
