Dear All,
All of us have Bank accounts and have our Bank statements and credit card statements Emailed to us. Personally, I have never been able to comprehend the statement though my screen reader reads out the statement. I find these statements totally useless. This is a typical case of a potentially accessible communication absolutely inaccessible simply because tables are constructed without taking on board the need for being accessible. I do hope people in this group working with banks take up this matter and address the issue.
