Sir,
One potential solution is to make available HTML/MS Excel/CSV  version of
statements along side pdf version. HDFCcredit card statement is provided in
HTML format also. Similarly, transaction listing for HDFC Bank account is
available in almost accessible format inside its net banking portal.
However, certain links and buttons are unlabelled. SBI also allows its
account holders to download statement in MS Excel format inside net
banking. Statement of SBI Cards can be viewed in accessible form after
logging to its portal. However, logging to SBI Cards portal is quite
cumbersome. Similarly, transaction listings for HSBC credit card can be
viewed in accessible format inside its iOS app. However, pdf provide by
HSBC Bank are not accessible.
