Salwan public school is a private school and in Delhi. Can we speak that
with confidence for other states also? No. In Neighbouring uttar pradesh
there are just 2000 odd teachers for 135000 schools. No facilities in
schools. Dont comparre salwan to government schools. In general inclusive
education has already failed.
