Dear Udit,

whatever you are saying is entirely correct. Special schools need to come
up to build the building blocks of education for children with special
needs. Kids need to get basic learning in the Special school and move to
inclusive setting when they are fully equipped with the tools. Ias Babu’s
and people under them are not at all equipped to handle this issue. The
basic problem is that they want to show good data to their bosses, and in
that process, they are completely forgetting the children with
disabilities. More number of special educators in the schools will
definitely be of great help, but as you might be knowing the case for this
has been going on for more than 10 years. In this situation, some of the
private inclusive schools and Special schools are doing wonderful job by
Training the kids.
