Hi,
That is the problem.
The apps you used were all Microsoft apps where Narrator works decently.
Step out of the Microsoft ecosystem and the problem begins.
Use Narrator with Chrome and observe the terrible compatibility.
Try to read PDFs on a browser and observe the problems.
They always kept Narrator as a back up screen reader so that users can
install NVDA or JAWS with its help and then continue with those tools.
I don't know about others but the Battery feature introduced is acting like
a hit or miss for me.
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
