Dear, Since they are not funded by the government, they are not obligated to give exemption for all these things. Yes, lovely professional University maybe one of the universities that gives exemptions. But, that cannot be expected. But when we purchase something, we have a right to question as a consumer. As a student of the university, you are also consumer as you are paying the fee.
