Bra It’s evident that they are not following the circular, but of course it’s gonna take time, so rather than frustrating yourself over this issue, just get the off-line concession issued, because by the time you’ll have second renewal, everything should be sorted. No point getting frustrated over this shit. This is India, and in India, things are very slow. it’s better that you get the off-line condition certificate
