​Thank you all for your valuable advice and support on this matter.
​I'd like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Naman for suggesting the path
of strategic escalation. Based on this expert advice, I have now sent a
formal complaint to the Company Secretary of Hindustan Zinc, marking the
CEO and HR Head.
​I would also like to acknowledge the team at Mission Accessibility, who
have offered their support, which I will be taking up if this matter
requires legal intervention.
​I will keep the group posted on the outcome.
