I can confirm that the issue you described, concerning the image CAPTCHA barrier for visually impaired users during the mobile and email ID validation process, has been addressed and resolved in recent application updates. For the Android application, the audio CAPTCHA feature is now accessible via a *silent button located immediately adjacent to where the CAPTCHA image is displayed*. Tapping this button will activate the audio captcha, allowing you to proceed. Regarding the iPhone application, I recommend verifying if this identical feature has been implemented. Should the audio verification option not be currently available in the iOS Aadhaar app, we advise conducting your necessary transactions on the official Aadhaar website until this feature is deployed for the iPhone version.
