Dear friends, I do not know if you are already aware of the fact that the Railways have now modified the rules for Visually Impaired to get Railway Divyangjan Card. When you have a UDID Card, there is no need for you to obtain a Railway Concession Certificate duly signed by a Government Doctor. Once you mention that you have a UDID Card, then the system does not ask any more details, except your Address ID like Aadhar and PAN etc. Thanks K. Madhusudhan Rao
