Purchasing offline tickets varies from station to station. Some counters in Kolkata accept divyangan card while others ask for the railway concession form. The railway authorities should do something to sensitise their officials. Is it possible yet to apply for divyangan card solely with the udid card and certificate? One of my friend's appication was rejected.
