Hello all, I am faiz from Mumbai. I have just received my railway concession card on the basis of unique disability ID card today. It is valid from 24th January 2026 to 27th June 2092. After opening online concession form, there is a separate option of registration with UDID undercard applicant detail section of online concession form.
