Hi Siddarth, As you said that you were able to successfully ad an escort, may I know whether you had any problem in adding the escort as a passenger in RailOne? Did you add escort via the RailOne app itself or had you previously done so via the IRCTC app/website? I have been facing an issue wherein the age of my escort and the category gets automatically set to the PWD's DOB and Disability respectively. The latter is impossible to change leaving deletion as the only option.
