Hi Siddarth and Vaibhav, I believe this specific issue is precisely why escorts are generally required to carry a photo identity card during travel. While I might be mistaken, this seems like a plausible reason for the system mapping the age and details in that manner within the RailOne application.
It would be helpful to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience or has found a workaround for correctly entering escort details.
