one must steal seal as well as cheque book simultaneously. Mere stealing seal doesn't serve thief's purpose. Such seal shall be restricted only to the vi's banking transaction only. whether it is blind or sighted, Nothing is 100 per cent safe. people can forge someone's signature too.
