Dear friends,

I support Harish Sir's suggestion of verifying signature discrepancies over
the telephone.

Many banks do follow this practice not only for blind customers but also for
sighted customers. Further, today carrying a mobile phone has not remained a
luxury. Blind customers can submit their mobile number to the bank to call
for signature verification in case of discrepancy.

Subject: [AI] Bank Guidelines
