hullo, i have learnt from some sources that very recently, hon'ble minister of social justice and empowerment has launched the online complaint cell for PWD'S wich will be directed to the chief commissioner of disabilities. we may now send the complaint under PWD act via sms to CCPD. does anyone know about it? i would be highly obliged if you could give such information. your kind coperation in this regard is highly solicited. with regards, mukesh jain.
