Hi Amar, Merry Christmas to you too. As far as I can tell, ABBYY Fine Reader has a single installer for 32 and 64 bit windows. I expect to upgrade to windows 7 in January so will be able to give you a better answer on Fine Reader's compatibility with Windows 7.
