As far as my understanding goes, they are suppose to take details on properties and the census per say will strt on Jan or Feb 2011.

I am anguish to point out that they did not ask any question with regard to disability but they did ask question related to CAST such as SC/ ST/ others. It is indeed horrifying to note that there is no official data on disability. We really failed as far as lobbying for disability being included in national sensus.
