Hello, Recently I purchased Encyclopedia Britannica 2010 from a promotional sale in my locality. The problem is that Jaws is not detecting a single character in the britannica window. It did not even recognise a single character during installation. I changed the screen resolution to 1024-768 as required during the installation process. It further worsened my situation. Jaws failed to recognise text in notepad and jaws cursor read nothing until I changed the screen resolution back to 800-600.
