Totally agree with George and Subhash! Sorry for being rude; but if one has enough skill set, passion, dedication and innovative ideas, they in fact, do not require someone else to find employment for them. I personally, so far I have seen, organizationas like Sarthad and NASSCOM are doing excellent job and in fact, they are organizing job fairs to help people with disabilities to gain employment. In fact, I don't think, there will be many job fairs in the main stream; everyone struggles to find employment. In fact, organizations like Sarthad are puttin in efforts to bring employers to people with disabilities. At least, myself, I appreciate the organizations for their efforts and wish them the best.
