Hello All,

My suggestion is to give disability, a code instead of writing in words
but it should be mentioned on UID , otherwise it will be just another
common ID .

Hi,
I think , including disability in the uid can be made optional so that
those
who want to disclose their disability can include it and those who want
to
hide it will also be happy
