Dear Harish,

I also support of inclusion of disability to UI card.

Because, I think if I have an UI card I need not to carry handicapped
certificate or any kind of concession forms (including Railway concession
form) to claim concessions in future.

Can accessindia launch a campaign in this direction?

Regards.

Yours sincerely,
Amarnath De.
