Dear Anil sir,
isn't this ridiculous that on the ground of not having driving license
a VI employee is denied of petrol allowance in NTPC?
Does not NTPC have a common sense that how can a VI person avail
driving license?
Its a strong ground to challange the particular practice in court and
I believe that without much hinderance, judgement will come in the
favour of VI employees of NTPC. And, will be proved as an eye opener
for other organisations having such discriminatory policies.

Hi,

I'm working in NTPC Limited. I am having car in my name and I am
entitled for 40 litter of petrol. However, as I don't have driving
license in my name, I am denied to get petrol allowance. Here in
NTPC, we, the visually challenged employees are entitled for vehicle
loan but not for petrol allowance.

Anil.

Hellow sandeep sir,

I am Working with SBI loan department.
As far as my knoledge concern i can say visually impaired person can avail
the loan without any big problem.
Secondly, sir i think driving lisence is not compulsory for availing car
loan. If it is compulsary than bank would not offering the loan to the
sighted person who does not have the driving licence.
Harsh sir how can a person register his car to the r.t.a. office and
availe
the r.c. until and unless he has car. r.c. only given after the purchase
and

registration of the car.

Many visually impaired persons had availed the loan from my office. they
did

not face such problem.

B.P. Mohith sir SBI people are getting 15 liters petrol in clerical cadre
and 60 liters in P.O. level.

Thanks and Regards

Shubham Gupta

Yes a visually challenged person can avail the vehicle loan, The only
compulsion is the vehicle should be registered in RTA office with the
name

of the visually challenged person.

Dear all,
can a VI take vehicle loan from bank?
because bank like OBC is asking for driving licence for loanee
alongwith

r

c and insurance.
secondly, are government employees taking vehicle loan from their
offices?
is there any documentary support for taking vehicle loan from bank as
well

as from government offices by their respective government employees?
