Now, is there any provision that explicitly states that physically
challenged people should not use their remaining body parts to write
the exam? Or is there any general rule that candidates should write
their exams only with hands? I couldn't see any such rule on the back
of any of my hall tickets! Had this boy been allowed to write the
exam with his legs, the issue of scribe wouldn't have arisen at all.
