Dear Kanchan,

Although this is a salutary direction (Order), my contention is that if at all, all the books for study first need to be made available in accessible format in reasonable time rather than past papers. Of course, if we were to take the argument that all that is available to sighted students also needs to be available to the blind then what about guides?

Please do not take this as undervaluing the order but only that so many other requirements need to be fulfilled.

Ketan

Subject: [AI] Bombay High Court -Examinations

The court wanted to know today if past papers are available for Tenth and Twelth standard in Braille.
anyone who knows anything on this subject please let me know.

Also if they havent been available in Braille then are they available in any other accessible format?
if not available then how did visually challenged manage so far?
In the meantime under court directions, it is being arranged. Wait for more information on this topic.
