However, my concern is that today's education is so visually oriented that it feels almost impossible to communicate all information accessibly to blind. Alternative strategies have to be designed.
Of course, technology order is path breaking but the concern is that in the absence of any specific directions by government to department heads, they won't accept whatever requirements a visually challenged employees gives them. I will try to search the relevant GR of maharashtra government. However, Kanchan, it would be really good, if you could compel the government to provide the copy of each GR it has issued, at least in as a result of these special hearings for further reference, as it is often impossible to locate their GRs on their website.
