hello, in state bank of india, no such undertaking/indemnity is required to be given. the authority most of the times, get these signed just to escape their liabilities in case of any unwanted activities take place even not at the risk of the customers! so i do strictly advise refrain from giving any such additional undertaking or indemnity. thanks,
