I am open to suggestions.
1 What about new person who does not have anyone to refer him
2 There are members or family member who look for such place to answer their
questions and who have learnt about us accessing the web?
3 Even if one is refered can anyone really vouch and take responsibility for
refering?

It is reported that there are few people with multiple and fake IDs here.
I think members and the moderator should reflect on these questions.
