Paypal is gateway- a safer way of transferring money online. With paypal,
you can even trade world wide. First register to paypal.com then add your
SBI account with your paypal account.
Don't know about skrill account.
Check the article writing websites at,

You will have to clear the skill test first.

Can anyone tell me what paypal and skrill accounts are? and how can I
have one myself?
While registering with a freelance job offering website I came across
three money transaction methods. They were
credit card
paypal account
skrill account
As I was hearing the last two terms for the first time, I stopped my
registration there.
If anyone could throw light on this it will be a grate help. If
possible tell me about freelance job offering websites.
