Hi sir, paypal account means it is a payment solution online. There you have to register online along with your email id. After following the process. (registration.) just logon to the paypal account. Select unverified or something similar. Register your debit card and follow the instructions.
this service is for merchants who sells internationally. How ever there are 2 types of a/c. 1 personal a/c and the other one is for business purposes. The personal a/c is free of charge. But charges of forign currency is lovied. For more information go to www.paypal.com one thing I forgot to mention, that is they have auto withdrawl facility.
