Dear madam, Thank you for your help. One more doubt. When I visited paypal.com They talk about PAN card. Should I try to get PAN card first? Is PAN card a must for opening paypal account? And is there any paper work that needs to be done at the SBI branch? Can everything b done online? I hope you could answer these questions also.
